Beta period
FleetStat is currently in beta and is offered at no charge. No refunds apply during this period because no paid subscriptions are being sold.
Paid plans (when offered)
When FleetStat begins offering paid subscriptions, the following will apply unless stated otherwise at the point of purchase:
- 14-day money-back guarantee for new subscribers. If you are a first-time paid subscriber and you are not satisfied with the Service, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase by emailing support@myfleetstat.com.
- Monthly subscriptions after the initial 14 days are non-refundable, but you may cancel at any time from Settings to stop future billing; you will continue to have access through the end of the already-paid period.
- Annual subscriptions after the initial 14 days are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.
- Chargebacks. If you initiate a chargeback on a legitimate charge, your FleetStat account may be suspended pending resolution.
How to request a refund
Email support@myfleetstat.com from the email address associated with your FleetStat account. Include the order/receipt reference if available. Eligible refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 10 business days.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Refund Policy at any time. Any change will apply only to purchases made after the updated policy's effective date.
